HOMER GLEN, FRIDAY, OCTOBER 15, 2021 – With continued success throughout our industry, the company reflected on the past year and what matters most. Many were consumed with how to serve their employees and customers through significant business disruptions during a pandemic. In addition, many people worried about their safety, health, and wellness. However, just weeks after that, our relentless contractors continued to serve, and all our employees were there to serve them.
Ronald M. Guzior commented, “During an overwhelming time, we were thrilled to see employees utilizing our core values best to support customers, vendor partners, and each other. He added, “Branches and the Corporate Campus will be closed ten straight calendar days in celebration of the work and success earned by our teams. In addition, Richards Building Supply will pay our employees to be with family at a time when it matters most, to balance mental health and well-being.”
